Shipping policy

We currently ship within the 50 United States and Puerto Rico. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

In-stock orders are prepared and delivered to the shipping carrier within 2 to 4 business days. Weekends and holidays are not included.

Handmade soaps specifically identified on the product page as made-to-order or pre-order require approximately 4 to 6 weeks to complete the curing process before shipment. This curing period allows the soap formula to finish settling and balancing while excess water evaporates, helping the bar reach its proper hardness and final quality before use. The estimated preparation time will be disclosed on the product page before purchase.

Shipping charges and available delivery methods are displayed at checkout. Carrier transit times begin after the order has been prepared and handed to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Kolibry Nectar Artisan is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage in transit. If a shipment arrives damaged, retain the product and original packaging and contact us through our Contact page within 3 days, with the order number and clear photos, so we can assist with a carrier claim.
